VisionCaster was founded by Dan Rhoades on a single conviction: that most organizations don't suffer from a lack of strategy — they suffer from a lack of clarity about what their strategy actually means for the decisions they make every day.
Dan built this firm to close that gap. Drawing on his experience as a senior executive and COO, he brings the kind of rigorous, honest, senior-level advisory that helps leaders see their situation clearly and act with confidence.
VisionCaster is deliberately focused. Dan takes on a limited number of engagements because he believes that depth of partnership — not breadth of client count — is what produces lasting results. Every engagement is led by Dan personally, from day one to final delivery.

Dan Rhoades
Dan Rhoades is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development. He has served in senior executive roles across multiple sectors, bringing a track record of building high-performing teams and driving organizational transformation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature from the University of North Florida and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of 21st Century Partnership, where he led operations and strategic initiatives at the executive level.
